Covid-19 Vaccination Process
If you are interested in receiving the Covid-19 vaccine, it is imperative that you sign up on the vaccinatesalinecountyks.com website first, and then complete the Mowery Clinic Covid-19 vaccine request form. Do not complete the Mowery Clinic request form without signing up on the vaccinatesalinecountyks.com website.
- STEP 1: Covid-19 vaccines are currently being administered for groups in phase I and phase II per KDHE guidance by the Saline County Health Department at the old JCPenney location at the Central Mall in Salina. Please sign up through the Saline County Health Department at www.vaccinatesalinecountyks.com (or click the red button below) they will notify you with an appointment time when you qualify per KDHE guidance and vaccine is available.
- STEP 2: Mowery Clinic does not currently have Covid-19 vaccines nor do we have any indication as to when we will receive it. If you are a Mowery Clinic patient and are interested in receiving the Covid-19 vaccine when it becomes available, please click on the blue button below and complete the Covid-19 Vaccine Request form. You must be an established Mowery Clinic patient to be placed on this request list. Once the vaccine is made available to us, Mowery Clinic will use your information from this survey to contact you with further instructions on how to schedule an appointment to receive your vaccination. Per the guidance provided by the CDC, Covid-19 vaccinations will not be provided to those under the age 16.

**Please note that this does NOT guarantee that you will receive a vaccine. This is only an interest form. Vaccine supply is expected to be limited. Distribution will follow KDHE guidelines.

Updated Visitors Policy
Due to the increase of COVID-19 cases in the North Central Kansas region, we are limiting appointments to patient and one visitor. Effective February 17, 2021 each patient may have one visitor per appointment. If you have any questions or concerns about your upcoming appointment, we encourage you to call our office (785) 827-7261.
Section 3202(b) of the CARES Act requires providers to publicly post the charge for COVID-19 testing to their public internet website. Mowery Clinic’s cash charge for the COVID-19 BD Veritor rapid antigen test is $60 with a Mowery Clinic physician order.
